Is it really $0?

Yes. For eligible NSW participants the course is $0. A $6,430 NSW Government subsidy can cover it. Eligible participants never pay a course fee.

Who pays for it?

The NSW Government, through its Smart and Skilled program. LMA is the approved training provider (RTO 3908).

How much time does it take?

About 3 hours every two weeks of live workshops, over 34 weeks. Plus using what you learn in your day-to-day role.

Is my employer involved?

Yes. A manager or mentor at work supports you and helps you apply your project on the job.

Am I eligible?

Funding is for people new to a leadership role (under 3 months), working in NSW, who are citizens or permanent residents. The quick check shows if you may be eligible.
